Paul Fierro

Paul Fierro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as a Cloud Architect at TCP Software since January 2022, Paul previously held the position of Site Reliability Engineer at Aladtec, Inc. from May 2019 to December 2021. Earlier roles include Professional Development for a brief period in 2019, and significant tenure at Dictionary.com from July 2008 to January 2019 where Paul advanced through multiple titles including Director of DevOps and Director of Site Reliability Engineering. Paul also led technical operations as Chief Technical Officer at Lexico Publishing Group, LLC from May 2001 to July 2008 and served as Technical Director at JSM+ Communications from March 1997 to May 2001. Paul holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine.
