Deepalya Jha

Deepalya Jha currently holds a position in the Founder's Office at Stealth since August 2025. Prior to this role, Deepalya served as a Growth Operations Executive at Weekday (YC W21) from January 2024 to August 2025 and completed a Growth Operations Internship. Additional experience includes an internship as a Content Writer at Arc Digitech from October 2022 to January 2023, serving as an HR Manager intern at College Aftermath from May 2022 to July 2022, and another Content Writer internship at a confidential company from March 2022 to May 2022. Deepaly also completed a Product Manager Fellowship at NextLeap from January 2025 to March 2025. Deepalya earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Panjab University, Chandigarh, from September 2021 to May 2024, where several extracurricular roles were held, including Content Writing Head and PR & Marketing Head.
