Manisha Pahwa is an experienced HR and Talent Management professional with a strong background in recruitment and people strategy. Currently serving at timelyAI since December 2024, previous roles include People Strategy Partner at Gainsight from May 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities involved implementing leadership development programs and managing performance reviews. Prior to that, Manisha was a Lead Recruiter at Gainsight, orchestrating recruitment processes for technical talent. Their career started with technical recruitment roles at Datamatics Global Services and NET HR, collaborating with high-profile clients. Manisha holds an MBA in Human Resources from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Dyal Singh College.
