Bruno Giardino, CFA, currently serves as the M&A and IR Director at Neon since May 2023. Previously, Bruno held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Vasta Educação, overseeing controllership, treasury, and investor relations. Recognized as the #2 investor relations professional in the education sector by Institutional Investor magazine in 2021, Bruno also contributed as the Investor Relations Officer at Cogna Educação, playing a key role in Vasta Platform Limited’s IPO process. Career experience includes leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Miles Capital, with a focus on equity research in Latin American education and healthcare. Bruno began a career in finance through internships at Unilever and later advanced through increasingly responsible positions at Banco Santander, achieving accolades as a top analyst in the education and healthcare sectors.
