Pancham Dogra possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management within leading organizations of the Times Group. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Times Internet, Pancham previously held multiple roles at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., including Head of Talent Management, Head of Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Head-North and East. Additionally, Pancham was the HR Head and Head of Organizational Development at Times Business Solutions Limited. Educationally, Pancham is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
