Saran Ashish

Saran Ashish is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the National HR-Business Partner at Timex Group India Limited since February 2023. In this role, Saran focuses on transforming Human Resources through various initiatives, including managing talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and leadership development. Prior to this, Saran worked at Sony from December 2011 to February 2023, initially as the Regional HR Head for North India, overseeing HR activities for over 1100 employees, and later as a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes a position in talent acquisition at Bharti Airtel Limited, where Saran specialized in recruiting for multiple corporate functions. Saran holds an MBA in Management from Christ Church College.
