Noraly van Dalen

Noraly van Dalen has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Noraly worked at Timing from 2008 to the present and held various positions, including Manager Inhouse Schiphol and Team Lead. As a Planner, they were responsible for coordinating the schedules of up to 500 employees daily. Noraly also established a planning department to optimize scheduling across multiple clients. Prior to that, Noraly worked as an Inhouse Intercedent at Timing, where they were involved in recruitment, personnel planning, and administrative tasks. Noraly began their career at the Park Hotel B.V. as a Reservations Agent, handling reservation requests and providing information to guests. Noraly also worked at TUI as a Reisadviseuse, assisting customers with their travel plans.

Noraly van Dalen attended Broklede from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a HAVO degree. Noraly then attended Hogeschool TIO from 2003 to 2005, studying Commercieel Toeristisch Management. In terms of additional certifications, Noraly van Dalen obtained the VIL/VCU certification from Armslag ArbeidsmarktOpleidingen BV in March 2020, the VIL-VCU certification in January 2010, the SEU-Stichting Examen Uitzenbranche certification in January 2009, and the Sociale Hygiëne certification in January 2004.
