Carlos has recently become responsible for TIMWETECH’s operations in North Latin America. He has a 20+ years solid background in Telecommunications, having spent part of his career in Networks Infrastructure Projects in Venezuela with Lucent Technologies and Alcatel-Lucent, where he held several positions in Operations, Project Management and Sales. Prior to joining TIMWETECH, Carlos was VP for LATAM Region in AMDOCS, where he was mainly responsible for Software Development, Digital Transformation and BSS projects for Mobile Network Operators.
Carlos has a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from UNET and holds an MBA from IESA in Caracas, Venezuela.
