Carl Armfelt has over 15 years of work experience in the finance industry. In 2004, they began their career as an Analyst at SEB Merchant Banking. Carl then worked as an Analyst at Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux in 2005 and 2006. In 2007, they moved to Morgan Stanley as an Analyst. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Brummer & Partners as a Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst. Carl then moved to Cheuvreux as an Equity Sales from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they began working at Nordea Markets as an Equity Sales. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Swedbank Robur as a Portfolio Manager, managing the Ny Teknik, Nordic Small Cap Fund and Swedish Small Cap Fund with a total AUM of 3.2 EURbn. In 2018, they became the Chairman of the Board at Quixel, and in 2019 they became a Portfolio Manager at TIN Fonder.
Carl Armfelt attended the Stockholm School of Economics from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Ms.c. in Finance with a specialization in Investments. Prior to that, they attended the University of Otago in 2003, where they studied Economics and Finance.
