BJ Bovin

Tinkergarten Leader at Tinkergarten

BJ Bovin has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. BJ began as a Kindergarten Teacher at Cherry Tree Elementary, then worked as a Server at Bub's Burgers and Ice Cream. In 2011, they took on the role of Jack of All Trades at the Theatre at the Milk Building, where they were responsible for set building, performing, lighting and sound design, as well as overseeing construction and building maintenance. BJ also worked as a Salesperson at Armaverse, Inc. that same year. In 2012, they became a Performer at Q Artistry. In 2015, BJ Bovin began working as a Core Gallery Facilitator at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis. BJ then took on the role of Operations Manager at Armaverse, Inc. in 2017, and in 2018 they became a Tinkergarten Leader at Tinkergarten. Most recently, they have been working as a Data Manager at MB Reporting Services since 2017.

BJ Bovin obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Purdue University in 2004, majoring in Elementary Education and Teaching. In 2014, Bovin also obtained certifications in Aerial Work Platform Training and Forklift Operator Training from Sunbelt Rentals.
