Brett Sapp began their career in 2011 as a Medically Retired Navy Veteran. Brett then served as an Office Manager, supervising 9 Administrative Assistants and Pay Clerks across 3 departments in the processing of more than 1.1K administrative and payment transactions in support of over 600 employees, resulting in an increased operational readiness rate by 118%. Brett then served as a Program Manager and Technical Writer, responsible for capturing and documenting operational related information to support the introduction to safety, security, and productivity operating procedures for the USS BATAAN military personnel. Brett also coordinated and provided basic thorough advanced individual and unit level instruction designed for qualification and certification in operational protocols, intelligence collection techniques and methodologies. Finally, they served as an Executive Assistant to the Commanding Officer. In 2018, Brett Sapp joined Tinkergarten as a Tinkergarten Leader and Bird as a Bird Charger.
Brett Sapp attended Jefferson State Community College from 2010 to 2011, studying Biology, General. Brett then obtained an Office Manager Apprenticeship Certificate from the Department of Labor in May of 2015. In 2018, they attended NexGenT and obtained a Full Stack Network in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Finally, from 2019 to 2021, they attended Chattanooga State Community College and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Computer Science.
