Kyla Davis has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Kyla began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Green Mountain College, followed by a role as a Volunteer Coordinator at Efficiency Vermont. Kyla then held the position of Eco-Rep Program Manager and Sustainability Office Manager at Green Mountain College. In 2011, Kyla became an Independent Sustainability Consultant at Sustainable Earth Solutions, Inc. and an Energy Intern at Rutland Regional Planning Commission. Kyla then moved on to become the Program Director of the Buffalo Recycling Alliance in 2012, followed by a role as Communications and Outreach Specialist at Partnership for the Public Good. In 2013, Kyla became the Program Manager of Green Shoots for New Americans - Refugee Agricultural Program at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc. and, most recently, a Leader at Tinkergarten in 2018.

Kyla Davis attended Green Mountain College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resource Management.
