His extensive experience, in the last 20 years, covers mergers & acquisitions, fundraising and complex tax planning as well as day-to-day financial management.

Mr. Shnaiderman served as CFO of various companies including Oridian (acquired by Ybrant, 2008), 5min Ltd (acquired by AOL, 2010), Gifts Project (acquired by eBay, 2011), and eXelate (acquired by Nielsen, 2015). As a senior manager at Ernst & Young (EY), Mr. Shnaiderman worked with a variety of public and private high-tech companies and served as director of CFO services at one of Israel’s leading outsourced financial services.
