Andy Creach has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies.

Andy started their career in 1994 as an Inside Sales Rep at NeXT, where they consistently exceeded their quotas and generated leads for enterprise accounts.

From 1996 to 2005, they worked at Apple as an Inside Sales Manager, responsible for driving software, services, and training sales. During their tenure, they significantly grew the telesales team and handled a substantial increase in training sales.

From 2005 to 2012, Andy held various roles at different companies. Andy was the Manager of Inside Sales at Edify/Intervoice, where they built and led a team focused on lead generation and contract renewals. At 3PAR, they served as the Director of Inside Sales, leading a global sales development team that generated over 1,500 qualified leads annually and was responsible for driving 380 net new accounts. At Hewlett-Packard, they were the Director of Inside Sales, where they built and provided leadership to the Enterprise Storage Sales Development Team.

From 2012 to 2017, they worked at ServiceMax as the Director of Sales, overseeing the Mid Market and Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales teams. Andy successfully built and managed both teams, achieving significant revenue results.

At NETSCOUT, Andy was the Sales Leader for the Handheld Network Test (HNT) Team from 2017 to 2018. Andy led the inside sales team in selling the complete HNT Solutions portfolio and managed various aspects of the business, including product training and channel expansion.

Currently, they are working at Tipalti as the Director of Strategic Sales, West, responsible for managing and driving strategic sales initiatives in the western region.

Andy Creach attended the University of Arizona from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/German/Geography. Prior to that, their education history includes attending Mission San Jose, although the start and end years, as well as any degrees or fields of study, are not specified.
