Balsam Tashkandi

Balsam Tashkandi currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at tiqmo since October 2023. Previously, Balsam held the same title at the FII Institute from July 2021 to February 2023, where successful establishment of the finance department led to streamlined operations and integration of an ERP system, achieving a 30% reduction in processing time. Balsam also served as Chief Financial Officer at L'Oréal from March 2019 to June 2021, negotiating a strategic partnership that resulted in a 15% margin savings and significantly reducing accounts receivable DSO by 40%. As the KSA Finance Head for Allergan from May 2017 to February 2019, Balsam was pivotal in finalizing a joint venture with a Saudi partner. At Mars, from April 2011 to February 2017, financial strategies developed under Balsam's leadership resulted in sustained annual growth exceeding 10% and a 15% improvement in profit margins. Balsam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Business Administration from Jamiat Al-Malik Abdulaziz.
