With a strong background in human resources, Sangita has experience in driving performance management systems, designing leadership development practices, and being part of organizational development teams. Sangita's academic background includes an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from St. Xavier's College.
