David McCans is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in management and maintenance across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at TITAN Formwork Systems since March 2017, David oversees a team of over 40 employees and manages daily logistics and operations while evaluating profitability and productivity across multiple facilities. Previously, as Fleet Manager in another organization, David implemented a comprehensive maintenance program for a large fleet, managed vendor relationships, and ensured compliance with safety regulations. David's earlier roles include Maintenance Technician at Nestlé Waters North America and Lead Automotive Technician at Nazareth Ford, where effective maintenance strategies and continuous improvement processes were developed. David's background also includes military service in the United States Army, where leadership and technical inspection roles were undertaken.
