Ed Merjanian

Mr. Merjanian is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of global experience. Throughout his career he has opened and expanded business in over 50 major markets in Europe, Asia, Middle East, Indian Sub-Continent, Africa, Oceania and Latin America. Mr. Merjanian, as Vice President and General Manager for Fortune 500 companies such as Eli Lilly, Allergan, has a track record of identifying, negotiating and signing several hundreds of distribution, licensing, contract manufacturing and joint venture agreements globally. He was also the COO of a start up company and is an expert in launching companies, products and successfully managing the entire life cycle including all aspects of early stage start-ups.

Mr. Merjanian received his MBA with emphasis in International Marketing and Management from University of Southern Californian. He received his BS in Business Administration from USC. In his spare time, he mentors MBA students both at USC and UCI.
