Previously, Miquel held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Rakuten TV from March 2011 to October 2021, overseeing a team of 60 developers and fostering a collaborative team culture while managing stakeholder relations for roadmap development. Miquel also has experience as Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Architect at INPS (In Practice Systems Ltd) from December 2006 to September 2007 and began a career in software development as a Developer. Miquel Barba earned an Engineer degree in Computer Science from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) between January 1993 and January 1999.
