Michael Rochford

Michael Rochford is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager - APAC at Titomic since June 2020, Michael additionally holds roles as Head of Human Resources and Head of Operations. Prior to Titomic, Michael worked as Regional Manager - Strategic Projects at Pact Group Holdings Ltd, where a 12-month contract involved managing five underperforming businesses. Previous positions include General Manager of Human Resources and Australian Operations at NCI Packaging, High Performance Culture Lead and Business Manager at Orora Limited, and multiple roles in operations at Amcor and General Motors. Michael's educational background includes a PhD in Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology, along with an MBA and various certifications in business and engineering.
