Roberto Olvera Estrada

Roberto Olvera Estrada is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and infrastructure management. Currently serving as IT Service Delivery Manager for LATAM at TIVIT since February 2018, Roberto manages client contractual elements and negotiates operational matters to ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements. Prior to this role, Roberto worked as Regional Senior IT Infrastructure Coordinator at Oriflame Cosmetics, focusing on the security and availability of IT platforms, and held technological management positions at Brittel Contact Centers and Calling Solutions Inc., where responsibilities included data center design, project management, and IT operations oversight.
