Chad Nagle

Chad Nagle has over 20 years of experience in various technical and leadership roles. Chad is currently working as a Sr. Director of IT Governance at Tivly, where they build and maintains relationships with business partners, provides subject matter expertise, and leads the planning and daily operations of corporate applications and systems. Prior to this, Chad worked as an independent Agile, Security, and Compliance Consultant. Chad also served as the Vice President of Agile Program Management at Seven Bridges, where they established an Agile Program Office and transformed the engineering department with Agile practices. Chad has also worked at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a Solution Train Engineer and Release Train Engineer, and at General Dynamics Mission Systems as a Release Train Engineer and Senior Staff Software Engineer. Chad began their career at Ardence as a Lead Technical Support Engineer and later worked at Andover Controls as a Technical Support Engineer III. Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated skills in team leadership, agile methodologies, program management, and technical support.

Chad Nagle has a diverse educational background. Chad obtained a Masters degree in Computer Science from Boston University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Certificate for Software Development from the same institution in 2006 and 2007. Chad also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which they completed from 1995 to 2004. Chad completed their high school education at Thayer Academy, receiving a High School Diploma in 1993. In addition to their formal education, Chad has acquired several certifications, including various SAFe® Agile and Scrum certifications, such as Certified SAFe® Agile Product Manager, Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager, and Scrum Master.
