Olga Drath

Olga Drath, PhD, currently serves as the Data Analytics Manager at Tixel, where responsibilities include data engineering, analytics engineering, and product analytics, focusing on data infrastructure, Data Platform Strategy, and training for end-users. Previously, at Linktree, Olga held the roles of Engineering Manager and Senior Analytics Engineer, leading teams and enhancing business reporting systems. As Lead Analytics Engineer at Aginic, Olga managed multiple projects, stakeholder relationships, and was involved in advanced data modeling and dashboarding. Olga's analytical career began at The University of Melbourne, where teaching and research roles were complemented by experience in health technology assessment at HTA Consulting. Olga holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Melbourne and a Master's degree in Chemistry from Jagiellonian University.
