Quentin Vatelot

Quentin Vatelot is a seasoned professional in real estate and private equity investing, currently serving as Managing Partner at Balthus Capital since July 2023. Vatelot has extensive experience as an investor in multiple companies, including Imagine Communications Group, Tixr, ProGeLife, NeueHouse, and Mobile Club, all beginning in 2015 or later. Prior to these roles, Vatelot held the position of Vice President at BrightSpire Capital, Inc. from January 2018 to June 2023, and at Colony Capital, Inc. from January 2014 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as VC Analyst at Draper Esprit, a prominent pan-European venture capital firm. Vatelot holds a Master's degree in Finance from EBS Paris - European Business School.
