Erika Tower is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and public relations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Communications at The TJX Companies, Inc., since April 2016, Erika leads reputation management and crisis communications for the corporation. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President and Director of Corporate Communications at Constant Contact, where strategic media relations and crisis management were key responsibilities, as well as Account Director at Racepoint Group, managing PR programs for diverse clients.
