Jay Coleman

Jay Coleman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational roles in both the corporate and military sectors. Currently serving as an Office Partner at The Keith Corporation since October 2020, Coleman also holds the rank of LtCol in the USMC Reserves and has been an AH-1Z Pilot since October 2015. Prior to their current position, Coleman served as Vice President at Northwood Office and Stream Realty Partners between 2015 and 2020. Coleman’s military career includes various leadership positions such as Safety/Standardization Program Manager, Instructor Pilot, and Operations Strategy Director, demonstrating expertise in logistics, training, and personnel management. Coleman holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics and Business from Virginia Military Institute.
