Caroline Ramsay

Caroline Ramsay is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in international trade, procurement, and state aid law. Currently serving as Partner and Head of International Trade, Procurement, and Public Procurement at TLT LLP since July 2019, Caroline also holds a position on the Steering Committee of the UK State Aid Law Association. Caroline's prior roles include Partner at Pinsent Masons from May 2006 to July 2019, where responsibilities included EU, Competition, and International Trade law. Caroline's legal career began as a Solicitor at Shepherd and Wedderburn from 2003 to 2006. Academically, Caroline holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Glasgow and has pursued specialized training in state aid law from Lexxion Training and the European Institute of Public Administration.
