Matthew Phipps is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in licensing. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of the Licensing Team at TLT since August 2004, Matthew has developed a strong expertise in the field within England and Wales. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as an Associate at Osborne Clarke from September 2000 to June 2004, where foundational skills and knowledge were acquired.
