Serimuliati Bachtiar is an accomplished marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Head of Digital, Brand & Marketing Operations at TM One since February 2024, Serimuliati previously held the position of Head of Business & Corporate Digital Solutions at Telekom Malaysia from August 2022 to January 2024. With a solid foundation at TM ONE from 2016 to 2022 in various roles including AGM for Social Media Marketing and Business Consultant for Cisco HCS, Serimuliati has demonstrated expertise in driving business growth and digital marketing strategies. Prior experience includes leadership positions at XMT Technologies, BT Global Services, and VADS Berhad, where Serimuliati focused on sales, account management, and collaboration technologies. A Bachelor of Business Administration in Sales & Marketing was obtained from Universiti Utara Malaysia, complemented by earlier education at Sultanah Asma School.
