Surabhi Lale

Surabhi Lale is an Associate Controls Engineer at TMEIC, with experience in Crane Automation Software Development for Material Handling since March 2020. Previously, Surabhi worked as a Student Lean Consultant at NC State Industry Expansion Solutions, where involvement included continuous improvement and process optimization projects, notably documenting standard operating procedures for Bakkavor USA. Surabhi also served as an Industrial Engineer Trainee at Sandvik, gaining expertise in lean tools and principles, Six Sigma, and various quality standards. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
