Fatimuz Zohra is an experienced Information Technology Service Management professional with a solid background in IT service management roles. Currently serving as the Information Technology Service Management Manager at TMF Group since May 2022, Fatimuz previously held positions as an Information Technology Service Management Specialist at Alorica and Technical Lead at [24]7.ai India, where responsibilities included overseeing Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Fatimuz's expertise also extends to leading Remote Infrastructure, Desktop Management, and IT Asset Management teams.
