Brian Brady has extensive work experience as a Creative Director and has worked for various companies and agencies throughout their career. Brian started their career as a Copywriter at TMP Worldwide in 1999 and then worked as a Creative Lead at Rise Marketing from 2003 to 2006. Brian joined Highpoint as a Copywriter and eventually became the Creative Director, overseeing the creative studio of the recruitment communications agency. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Senior Copywriter at TRUTH Agency.

In 2008, they became the Creative Director at The Lounge Group, where they were responsible for concept origination, creative direction, and pitching for clients like Wagamama, New Look, Sure, Samsung, Lynx, and Impulse. From 2009 to 2011, they founded and served as the Creative Director of Breathe Agency, where they led pitch winning campaigns for multiple brands.

Brian then worked as a Freelance Creative Director and Copywriter for various agencies from 2011 to 2012, working on projects for clients including Pizza Hut, Hyundai, eBay, Knorr, and Unilever. Brian joined Huge in 2012 and held roles as an Associate Creative Director and Creative Director, managing marketing campaign clients and leading creative teams on successful campaigns for Lenovo, Malibu rum, H&M, and Sony Bravia.

In 2017, they worked as a Freelance Creative Director, where they worked on projects for agencies like Ogilvy and led the rebranding of FinTech company Paymentsense. Lastly, they joined TMW Unlimited in 2018 as a Creative Director, where they won first place in the Ocean Outdoor Digital Creative Competition and led campaigns for The Trussell Trust, the Cabinet Office, and Sony Bravia.

Brian Brady attended the University for the Creative Arts from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Journalism.
