Carl Winterbourne has a diverse work experience in the advertising industry. Carl started their career as an intern at Greentarget Global Group in 2009. Carl then worked as a Junior Creative Team at various companies, including VCCP, Archibald Ingall Stretton, Rapier, and King & Tuke, gaining valuable experience in creative roles. In 2010, they became an Art Director at RAPP before moving to CHI&Partners in the same role, where they worked until 2013. Currently, Carl is a Senior Art Director at TMW Unlimited, a position they have held since 2014.
Carl Winterbourne attended Leeds Arts University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a National Diploma in Graphic Design. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Gloucestershire and studied there from 2005 to 2008. Carl successfully obtained a BA (hons) degree in Graphic Design.
