Prior roles include Senior Account Director at Proximity London, where Crystal managed accounts for major clients such as Asda and Disney, and Account Director positions at TMW and DDB Sydney, overseeing large-scale CRM and integrated campaigns. Crystal’s career began as an Account Executive at Chemistry, and educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from UCL.
