Lucy Matthews has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as an intern at CreativeRace, where they worked on various current briefs. Lucy then went on to work as a Lifeguard at David Lloyd Leisure before joining Digital Natives in 2019. At Digital Natives, they started as a Creative Intern and progressed to become a Junior Creative and eventually a Creative. Lucy joined TMW Unlimited in 2022 as an Art Director and was promoted to Midweight Art Director in July 2023.
Lucy Matthews completed their Art Foundation degree in Visual Communications at Loughborough University from 2016 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Advertising at Leeds Arts University from 2016 to 2019.
