Tom Harman has a diverse work experience in the advertising and creative industry. Tom started their career at Rapier as a Copywriter, where they spent a brief period before moving to Tullo Marshall Warren as a Senior Copywriter. In 2011, Tom joined WDMP as a Creative Lead, where they led the Creative Department and played a key role in enhancing the agency's creative output. During their time at WDMP, they also developed a new agency proposition and championed digital solutions. Tom then moved to TMW Unlimited, where they held the role of Associate Creative Director before being promoted to Creative Director in August 2016.
Tom Harman completed their education history with a Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Advertising from Falmouth University in 2001-2002. Before that, they obtained a BA in English Literature from the University of Wales, Cardiff during the period of 1998-2001.
