Luis Artiga

Luis Artiga is an experienced Network Engineer currently with TMX Group since December 2018, where responsibilities include monitoring data centre facilities, conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with network teams for equipment installation and troubleshooting. Previously, Luis served as IT Helpdesk Support at Tribute Communities from July 2015 to December 2018, managing ticket responses, creating user guides, troubleshooting issues, and configuring network hardware. Earlier experience includes a brief placement at Lakeridge Health, where Luis deployed operating systems and provided hardware support. Luis holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer System Technology from Durham College, earned between 2012 and 2015.
