Juliana Lepasana

Juliana Lepasana is a skilled professional with extensive experience in educational program management and recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Cohorts at TNTP since December 2019, Juliana previously held the position of Recruitment Manager at the same organization. Prior to TNTP, Juliana was the Director of Children’s Programs at Hope Jersey City from September 2018 to December 2019. Early career roles include a brief stint as a Screener at TNTP in early 2016, a High School Social Studies Teacher with Teach for America from July 2012 to June 2014, and an Immigration Department Intern at World Relief in 2011. Juliana holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from Wheaton College.
