Brian Astl holds significant leadership roles across multiple organizations. Serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees and Vice-chair of the Finance and Audit committee at the Royal Ontario Museum since June 2020, Brian collaborates with a passionate team to enhance the museum's impact. As President of Lind Equipment since 2007, Brian oversees a prominent manufacturer and distributor of industrial lighting and safety products with a rich legacy of over 60 years. In addition, Brian is the Managing Director at OPK Capital, focusing on investment opportunities within Greater Toronto Area companies. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at Workbrain Inc., where Brian contributed to the company’s growth leading to an IPO, and as a Strategy Consultant at Monitor Company, providing strategic counsel to Fortune 500 executives. Brian holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and an HBA with distinction from Ivey Business School at Western University.
