Suzie de Rohan Willner has a solid work experience in various leadership positions. Suzie started their career at Timberland as a Manager in 1994 and then moved on to Levi Strauss & Co. where they worked as a Director from 1996 to 2007. Suzie then joined PUMA Group as a Director from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they were the CEO of FitFlop from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they became the CEO of TOAST and also served as a Board Member at HollandGreen Residential Architects from 2015 to 2021.

Suzie de Rohan Willner attended the Ecole Internationale de Geneve from 1978 to 1980, where they pursued French Studies and obtained an IB degree. Following this, they enrolled in The American University of Paris from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in French Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Suzie de Rohan Willner obtained an MBTI Step II Qualification from OPP in 2014, as well as a Royal Yachting Association Day Skipper certification from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) in the same year.
