Amanda Markell is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer marketing and digital advertising. Currently serving as Director of Customer Marketing - Activation & Adoption at Toast since February 2019, Amanda has previously held roles at The MIT Press, Constant Contact, Santander Bank, and Talbots, showcasing expertise in developing integrated marketing communication plans, reducing customer acquisition costs, and enhancing brand strategy. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College and a Bachelor's in International Business and Economics from the University of New Hampshire, further complemented by an international business program at Corvinus University of Budapest.
