Brian Jones

Brian Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer success management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Success at Toast since May 2019, Brian previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at The Tryst Trading Company and Director of Operations at Tryst Trading Co. Brian's early career included managerial roles at Starbucks and Georgetown Cupcake, where significant achievements included generating over $2.5 million in sales during the first year of a new store opening. Brian began education at Rhodes College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs between 2006 and 2010 and serving as Head Resident Assistant while in school, receiving the Resident Assistant of the Year award for 2007-2008.
