Brianna Streeter

Brianna Streeter is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and operations with extensive experience in enhancing candidate experiences. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations at Toast since July 2019, Brianna has held various roles, including overseeing a team of eleven to optimize the candidate journey. Previously, Brianna worked at Wayfair from December 2015 to July 2019, managing the Talent Operations team and handling complex interview logistics as a Supervisor. Brianna's career began at Dress for Success Boston, where responsibilities ranged from coordinating boutique operations to managing the volunteer program. Brianna holds a Master of Science in Performance Psychology from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from New Mexico State University.
