Carrie Austermann is an accomplished supply and demand planning professional with extensive experience in retail and inventory management. Currently serving as Director of Supply Demand Planning at Toast since May 2022, Carrie has previously held senior management roles at florence by mills and Sugarfina USA LLC, where significant contributions included the launch of an allocation system and management of extensive SKU assortments across multiple retail locations.
