Lindsey Matheus

Lindsey Matheus has extensive experience in research, sourcing, and operations within the recruiting industry, currently serving as Manager of Research, Sourcing, & Operations for Leadership Recruiting at Toast since August 2021, after holding the role of Principal Research, Sourcing & Operations Lead. Matheus is a member of the 2022 & 2023 CAFÉ (Council of Advocates for Equity). Prior to Toast, Matheus worked at Boyden as a Research Associate, focusing on high-revenue companies and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, while also managing candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process. Earlier experience includes a role at Cabot Consultants, where Matheus specialized in sourcing for niche positions. Matheus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
