Maddi

Maddi Ma is an experienced professional in FinTech and program management, currently holding the position of FinTech Programs & Partner Management at Toast since January 2025. Prior to this role, Maddi served as Senior Manager of Enterprise Programs at ezCater, where responsibilities included leading pilot programs in Events, Alcohol, and Food Truck verticals and managing cross-functional partnerships. Previous experience includes a tenure at Drizly as Senior Manager of Regional Operations, focusing on account management and expansion strategies in the West region, and at Instacart as Strategic Initiatives & Operations Program Manager, managing the alcohol program and driving operational efficiencies. Maddi holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
