Ruben Cagnie

Ruben Cagnie is a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Toast since March 2020, where responsibilities include driving the native mobile strategy and creating native experiences for restaurant users. Previously, Cagnie held various roles at Wayfair, including Software Architect, Associate Director of iOS Engineering, and Senior Engineering Manager, contributing to the launch of Wayfair's first physical store and significantly expanding the iOS engineering team. Cagnie is also a Co-Founder of StoryArc Studios Inc. and has prior experience as a Lead iOS Engineer at MeYou Health, Senior Software Developer at Superpedestrian, and various roles at Esko, where Cagnie focused on business process management and mobile applications. Educational credentials include a BS in Computer Software Engineering from Katho VHTI.
