Tom van Gils

Tom van Gils is an accomplished business operations leader with extensive experience in managing global teams and driving operational excellence. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Operations at Tobii, Tom oversees a team responsible for handling over 700 million SEK in annual global orders, supporting product launches and acquisitions, and implementing process improvements in CRM and ERP systems. Previous roles at Tobii include Chief of Staff to the SVP Global Operations and Sales Enablement Specialist, where Tom facilitated strategic initiatives and enhanced sales processes. With a background in business development and customer success at Ocast and early career experience in sales and marketing, Tom holds a Master of Science in Accounting with a focus on Operations Management from Stockholm University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rotterdam Business School.
