Candice Ong

Candice Ong is an experienced professional in strategic design and business analysis, currently serving as Principal Strategist and Strategic Design Lead since March 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at AKQA from June 2017 to February 2024, culminating as Strategy Director, along with positions as Associate Director of Experience Strategy and Associate Product Strategy Director. Before AKQA, Candice was a Lead Business Analyst at DT from November 2015 to June 2017 and held roles at Open Windows Software as an IT Consultant in Identity and Access Management from November 2013 to November 2015, as well as at IBM as an IT Consultant in Security Services from March 2010 to November 2013. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Business from Bond University, completed between 2007 and 2009.
