Caroline Hofmann

Caroline Hofmann is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in business leadership and strategy. Currently serving as President at TodayTix Group since November 2024, Caroline previously held key positions at Thirty Madison, including Chief Business Officer and Head of Emerging Businesses, where responsibilities encompassed managing a $100M+ P&L and overseeing brand expansion and new launches. Notable prior experience includes serving as COO at Republic, where significant growth was achieved, and roles at McKinsey & Company, culminating as Associate Principal in the healthcare practice. Caroline's education includes an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MSc from The London School of Economics and a Master’s degree from Sciences Po.
